The JC40/S/65 Megaflow Air Filters are hand-built in the UK and engineered for high-performance and competition use. Designed to bolt directly onto the supplied pre-cut backplates, these filters deliver exceptional airflow, reliable engine protection, and enhanced safety in demanding motorsport environments.
Advanced Trifoam Filtration
Each filter uses a three-layer Trifoam system that cleans incoming air progressively for maximum efficiency. The inner layer incorporates self-extinguishing foam, adding vital protection against potential throttle-body blowback, reducing risk and increasing durability during intense operation.
Lightweight, Durable Construction
Made from tough, fibre-reinforced nylon, these filters are both lightweight and resilient. Available in a range of internal heights, they suit multiple engine setups while maintaining optimal airflow and long-term performance.
Signature Red-Band Retention System
The iconic Red-band ensures secure attachment to the baseplate and maintains filter rigidity. Developed for optimum sealing with minimal induction seepage, this feature has become a recognised marker of Megaflow quality and motorsport-grade reliability.
Thermoplastic Cage Support
A specialised thermoplastic internal cage supports the entire filter body, including the ends, ensuring it retains shape under pressure. This design uniquely enhances long-term appearance, filtration efficiency, and durability compared with other filter types.
Compatibility
This 65mm deep JC40 filter is fully compatible with AT Power’s 40mm Ram Pipes (Trumpets). Not suitable for 60mm Ram Pipes.
