Refurbishment Services
Throttle Refurbishment Service:
Our Throttle Refurbishment Services include an initial investigation, labour, spare parts and return cost where required (excluding additional accessories), we do not offer any guarantees on refurbishment. Step 1: Enquire with serial number and photos if applicable and wait for response before shipping throttles to us.
Having your serial number ready will help us provide an accurate quote and turnaround time. The serial number is located on a sticker on your throttles. If you can’t find it, we’ll do our best to assist you.
Step 2: Initial Inspection (£50.00 + VAT)
- Throttles dismantled and thoroughly inspected.
- Detailed report provided with an estimate for any additional work beyond the Standard Refurbishment Charge.
Step 3: Full Refurbishment (£335.00 + VAT)
Includes:
- Recording and resetting Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) position and voltages.
- Stripping, cleaning, and rebuilding to factory settings.
- Replacing essential components:
- Bearings
- Shafts
- Blades
- Fixings
- O-Rings
- Centre Lever Springs
- Providing a detailed checklist of completed work and replaced parts.

Note: Recalibration with your engine may be required to adjust idle speed after refurbishment. Due to the nature of anodising, anodised parts in the same specification may not match existing tones and will incur a cost uplift. We suggest going black or silver anodised.

Oil Pump Testing & Refurbishment Services
Our Oil Pump Testing services include an initial investigation, labour, spare parts and return cost where required (excluding additional accessories), we do not offer any guarantees on refurbishment. If you need refurbishment parts or accessories, then you can also get in touch. As the OEM of AT Power products, we want to help where we can.
Step 1: Enquire with serial number and photos if applicable and wait for response before shipping pump to us.
Having your serial number ready will help us provide an accurate quote and turnaround time. The serial number is located on a sticker on your pump. If you can’t find it, we’ll do our best to assist you.
Step 2: Initial Testing (£50.00)
- Visual inspection and testing on our in-house rig.
- We’ll assess pressures at each stage, PRV operation, and check for leaks.
- Includes a detailed report on the pump’s condition and performance.
Step 3: Internal Investigation (Optional – £130.00)
- If testing shows issues, we can strip the pump to inspect wear on rotors and internal bores.
- A report will outline the findings and refurbishment feasibility with associated costs.
Step 4: Replacement Credit
- If beyond repair, we offer credits toward a new pump purchase:
- £110.00 for 3- or 4-stage pumps.
- £50.00 for 2-stage pumps.
- £30.00 for 1-stage pumps (based on RRP).
Important Notes:
- Pumps must be returned clean, with no brackets, adaptors, or fittings attached. Removal, if required, will incur additional charges.
