Ideal for plug-and-play solutions, we create IDAs, DCOEs, single universal throttle bodies, sump pans, bracketry, fuel rails and more. Services include 2D and 3D design, drafting, rapid prototyping and in-house manufacture for OEMs seeking bespoke solutions.

Refurbishment Services
Our refurbishment service covers initial investigation, labour, spare parts and return costs (excluding additional accessories). Please note no guarantees are offered on refurbishment.
Step 1 — Enquire with Serial Number & Photos
Have your serial number ready for an accurate quote and turnaround estimate. It appears on a sticker on the throttles.
Step 2 — Initial Inspection £50.00 + VAT
Throttles are dismantled and thoroughly inspected. You receive a detailed report with an estimate for any work beyond the standard refurbishment.
Step 3 — Full Refurbishment £335.00 + VAT
Includes recording & resetting the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS); stripping, cleaning and rebuilding to factory settings; replacing essential components (bearings, shafts, blades, fixings, O-rings, centre lever springs); and a detailed checklist of completed work.

Recalibration with the engine may be required after refurbishment. Anodised parts in the same specification may not match existing tones and will incur a cost uplift (black or silver anodised recommended). Prices exclude carriage. Estimated turnaround: 25 days, subject to parts availability.
Full testing, inspection and refurbishment of AT Power oil pumps on our in-house rig.
Step 1 — Enquire with Serial Number & Photos
Have your serial number ready (located on the pump sticker) for an accurate quote and turnaround time.
Step 2 — Initial Testing £50.00
Visual inspection and testing on our in-house rig: pressures at each stage, PRV operation and leak checks, with a detailed condition report.
Step 3 — Internal Investigation Optional £130.00
If testing shows issues, the pump can be stripped for rotor wear and internal bore inspection, with a findings report and refurbishment cost outline.
Step 4 — Replacement Credit
If beyond repair, credit applies toward a new pump: £110.00 (3/4-stage), £50.00 (2-stage), £30.00 (1-stage), based on RRP.
Pumps must be returned clean, with no brackets, adaptors or fittings attached. Removal, if required, incurs additional charges.
