Every EFI conversion needs fuel delivered cleanly to the injectors - and AT Power designs and machines custom fuel rails in-house in the UK: complete rail kit assemblies, raw rail extrusions for your own fabrication, injector brackets, and Magneti Marelli Pico injectors to suit fast road and motorsport engines alike.
Custom fuel rail kit assemblies
Our one-piece fuel rails are machined from 6061-T6 aluminium extrusion with AN6-sized porting suitable for JIC-6 / AN-6 fittings or 8mm push-on hosetails. Tell us your length, injector centres, injector type and quantity - including secondary (twin) injection layouts with support pillar posts - and we’ll machine, anodise and laser-mark the rail to suit. Bracketry comes matched to your specified injectors.
Secondary (twin) injection
When one injector per cylinder can’t deliver the fuel a high-output engine demands - typically sustained high-RPM motorsport use - a secondary injection layout adds a second rail, mounted on billet support pillar posts above the primary, feeding a second set of injectors. We design and machine the complete twin-rail assembly as one matched kit: both rails, posts, bracketry and fittings, built around your injector choice and engine layout.

Build your own: extrusions & brackets
Fabricating in-house? Our DASH6 raw rail extrusions come machined, polished and non-anodised in 6061-T6 aluminium, ready for your own drilling - a professional starting point for one-off rails.
Mount them with our zinc-plated steel injector brackets, holed for parc fermé inspection wire and sized for the common injector families: 25.5mm (Bosch EV14 Short), 28.5mm (Pico), 42.5mm (EV14 Standard, EV12, EV6) and 54.5mm (EV14 Long, EV6 Long, EV1). Fixing screws are included with every bracket.
Magneti Marelli Pico injectors
The IWP Pico top-feed injector range (IWP042, IWP043, IWP048, IWP069, IWP162, IWP189) covers a wide spread of flow rates for fast road and motorsport use. Stainless steel construction with a martensitic valve and fast pulse-response electromagnet gives precise atomisation, a high dynamic range and reliable high-pressure operation - and their compact body pairs naturally with our rails and 28.5mm brackets.
Let AT Power know how many injectors your rail requires, the injector type, and the spacing between centres. Please also tell us whether the rail is for twin throttles or individual universal throttles, so we can position the brackets accordingly.
Anodising & laser marking
Finish the rail your way. Every AT Power fuel rail can be anodised in your choice of colour - from classic black, silver or red to the full range covered in our Make Power Personal anodising guide. Add in-house laser marking on top: your team, brand or project name, crisp and permanent on any anodised finish.
Please note: anodised shades may vary slightly in colour against existing throttle kits and previously anodised parts - batch-to-batch variation is normal with the anodising process.

Fuel rails are specified as part of every AT Power throttle body configuration - from DCOE and IDA carburettor replacements to Direct-to-Head twin housings and universal ITBs.
