What is anodising?
Anodising is an electrochemical process that enhances the surface properties of metals, primarily aluminium. It creates a durable, corrosion-resistant, and decorative oxide layer on the surface of the metal. Anodising is popular because it enhances both the appearance and functionality of metal components.
Make Power Personal
Select from a variety of anodised colour finishes for your AT Power Products. As well as the attractive look, anodising lightweight, CNC-machined billet aluminium offers numerous benefits, including:
- Durable Finish: The anodised oxide layer won’t flake or peel.
- Corrosion Resistance: creates a durable, protective oxide layer that makes aluminium resilient to corrosion and wear.
- Eco-Friendly: Anodised components are 100% recyclable.
- Easy Maintenance: Anodised surfaces can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth, helping maintain a fresh engine appearance.
