Integrated High-Efficiency Oil Pump System

This system features a compact, billet-machined, low-profile oil pan and a 3 stage oil pump combining:

  • A high-efficiency Gear-Pump Pressure Stage
  • Dual positive displacement G-rotor Scavenge Stages, internally gear-driven by the factory K20 oil pump drive chain

Unlike traditional belt-driven setups, this integrated design removes the need for external belts – eliminating front-end packaging issues and the risk of belt failure.Optimised Crankcase Pressure & Oil Flow

Scavenge pumps efficiently extract aerated oil directly from the sump pan into a remote tank:

  • Reduces crankcase pressure and piston resistance
  • Improves horsepower output and oil circulation
  • Increases overall oil capacity for superior cooling and endurance

Featuring fully integrated scavenge galleries, the system reduces reliance on vulnerable external oil lines and fittings – minimising leak risks and installation time. This is a motorsport-grade component and must be installed by a qualified motorsport professional. Field-Tested Performance

Developed in collaboration with Duxe Engine Works (Belgium), this system underwent over 10 hours of dyno testing at up to 9,500 RPM, followed by a full season in the FIA European Autocross Championship.

Post-season teardown showed zero signs of wear-proving durability and reliability in competitive environments.
