Nissan Skyline RB26 – ITB Drive By Wire (DBW) – Conversion System
AT Power’s Nissan Skyline RB26 ITB Drive-By-Wire (DBW) Conversion System upgrades your OEM mechanical throttle setup to a fully electronic DBW system, offering fast, precise operation with a durable design while retaining the original RB26 look. This conversion is ideal for those seeking a high-performance solution without modifying the coolant tubes or OEM oil/water transfer unit, perfect for twin-turbo setups.
Developed and tested over four years in real-world motorsports, AT Power’s DBW system includes in-house designed components, except for the electric motor, ensuring unmatched reliability and performance. The kit includes an Electronic Throttle Actuator (ETA), a mounting bracket, throttle linkage conversion assemblies, dual sweep throttle position sensor (TPS), actuator linkage assembly, and all required hardware, along with installation instructions.
Complete Kit Includes:
- x1 AT Power ETA
- x1 ETA Mounting bracket & fastener kit
- x2 Throttle linkage conversion assemblies
- x1 Dual Sweep Throttle Variohm Euro XPD D-Shaft TPS
- x1 Throttle position sensor mounting kit
- x1 Actuator linkage assembly
- All required mounting hardware included
- Installation Instructions
Key Features:
- Lightweight Design: Weighing approximately 975g, the ETA is designed for high-performance applications.
- In-House Expertise: All major components are designed, developed, and manufactured in-house by AT Power, backed by years of durability and environmental testing with global motorsport partners.
- Precision Engineering: The actuator body is CNC-machined from lightweight billet aluminium, featuring a sealed housing to protect the high-quality DC motor and reduction gears.
- Superior Performance: Capable of an angular sweep of 110° with full 360° radial mounting options for optimal packaging and fine-tuning flexibility. The actuator operates smoothly in both directions, providing maximum torque and speed.
Performance Advantages:
- Auto-blip functionality for paddle-shift gearboxes
- Launch control optimisation
- Anti-lag capability
- Switchable pedal maps
- Push-to-pass strategy control
- Pit lane speed limiter integration
- Advanced traction control
- Variable bank-to-bank throttle control
- Warm-up mode with increased airflow
Does not support limp home mode
When correctly configured, electronic throttle systems offer enhanced safety over traditional cable systems by continuously comparing pedal input to throttle position and providing the ability to power the throttle closed if necessary.
Important:
ECU Tuning Required. Proper engine management system tuning is necessary for optimal operation and fueling.
For optimal performance and safety, setup and tuning must be carried out in collaboration with your ECU supplier or their recommended agents. Essential configuration of the actuator control system (typically using PID or PI control strategies) and associated safety features should always be discussed directly with your ECU supplier.
