For more than 10 years SC have been offering their bespoke conversion of the BMW K1100 and K1200 motorbike cylinder heads for the A-series engine. The Twinkam engines offer incredible driving experiences when fitted in the Mini. Easily achieving 40mpg when cruising and making a minimum of 125hp and 100lbft of torque. Spec dependant these engines can produce well over 160hp N/A and rev to 8500rpm.

The basic K1100 LT spec consists of:

  • Fully converted and reconditioned K1100 LT cylinder head with LT cams to fit A-series block
  • Engine block acid dipped and re bored to 73.5mm, surfaced
  • 73.5mm Omega pistons
  • New VP2 bearings and thrusts
  • Standard rods rebuilt with ARP
  • ARP headstud kit
  • SC Twinkam conversion kit
  • Bi-metallic head gasket
  • Stainless steel exhaust manifold
  • SC Ancillaries pack
  • SC Engine management kit
  • Alternator kit
  • Reconditioned BMW throttles and injectors
