2 Stage Cordis Gerotor Oil Pump

Maximise your engine’s oiling efficiency with AT Power’s 2 Stage Dual-Port Gerotor Oil Pump, designed to optimise rotor filling and ensure precise pressure control. This high-performance oil pump features an optional integrated adjustable Pressure Relief Valve (PRV), allowing for accurate fine-tuning during final installation.

Crafted from lightweight, precision-machined billet aluminium, the compact multi-stage design significantly reduces overall size and weight compared to traditional oil pumps – ideal for motorsport and high-performance applications where every gram counts.

Each AT Power Oil Pump is individually tested on our state-of-the-art in-house oil pump test rig. A unique test datasheet, linked to the pump’s serial number, is provided to guarantee performance, reliability, and peace of mind – ensuring it’s fully prepared for installation with only minimal PRV adjustment required.

The threaded holes come plugged with a red cap to avoid contamination. Remove the red plugs before installation.

Important

The pump has a maximum speed rating of 4500 rpm due to limit cavitation. The specified litres per minute represent the pump’s theoretical volumetric displacement at 1000 RPM. Actual flow may decrease with rising oil pressure, oil type, temperature increase, and reduced viscosity.

This is a motorsport-grade component and must be installed by a qualified technician. If you are unsure, we strongly advise that all mechanical and safety-critical work be carried out by a certified expert.

S-CAN 3D accepts no liability for damage resulting from improper installation or misuse. For support or guidance, please contact the AT Power sales team.

Anodised Finishes:

Our anodising has a gloss finish. Kindly note that the colour swatches or photoshopped images are intended for guidance only. Variations in colour and finish may occur due to the inherent nature of the anodising process and its suitability. Additionally, printed materials and on-screen displays may differ in shade.
