Introducing our high-performance Oil Pump Pulleys, available in various tooth counts ranging from 22 to 32 teeth. Each pulley is precision machined from billet aluminium and hard anodised, ensuring exceptional durability and an attractive finish that meets the demands of performance motorsport applications.
How to Choose the Correct Oil Pump Pulley Tooth Count:
Selecting the right tooth count ensures your AT Power oil pump runs at the correct speed for optimal performance. Bore sizes shown in the dropdown menu are matched to the required AT Power Oil Pump flow rate.
AT Power oil pumps should operate at approximately 4,500 RPM at maximum engine speed. To determine the correct pulley tooth amount, use the following formula:
Maximum Engine RPM ÷ 4,500 = Drive Ratio
Drive Ratio × Crank Pulley Tooth Count = Required Oil Pump Pulley Tooth Count
Examples:
- 8,500 RPM Engine:
8,500 ÷ 4,500 = 1.88
1.88 × 16 crank teeth = ≈30 teeth required - 9,000 RPM Engine:
9,000 ÷ 4,500 = 2.0
2.0 × 16 crank teeth = ≈32 teeth required - 8,000 RPM Engine:
8,000 ÷ 4,500 = 1.77
1.77 × 18 crank teeth = ≈32 teeth required
This calculation will help you select the correct 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, or 32-tooth oil pump pulley.
To Select the appropriate 1/2″ or 5/8″ bore size, this is based on the cordis oil pump shaft bore diameter.
Key Features:
- Durable Construction: Machined from high-quality billet aluminium and hard anodised for increased strength and longevity.
