Price starting from £2,310.00 per unit inc. VAT
Maximise performance with AT Power’s lightweight billet aluminium dry sump kit – engineered to prevent oil starvation under high G-forces, lower oil temps, and free up horsepower. A dual-ported G-rotor delivers optimal oil flow, pressurising oil while efficiently scavenging aerated oil to a remote tank, increasing capacity and reducing crankcase pressure for minimal oil drag.
Key Specification:
- Suitable for engine speeds up to 9500 RPM
- 14.3 L/min @ 1000 RPM (Pressure) + 2x 14.3 L/min (Scavenge)
- Externally adjustable pressure relief valve (PRV) for easy tuning
- Race-engine only (Not for OEM conrods)
This product has been tested up to a maximum of 9,500 RPM. Exceeding this limit will void your warranty.
Kit Includes:
- Intake or Exhaust mounted 3 stage PRV oil pump with pulley
- Oil-in assembly adapter kit
- Pre-machined crankshaft pulley
- Choice of ¾” or 1″ ‘L’-section drive belts
- Anodised colour options
- Low-profile CNC billet aluminium oil pan with multi-directional scavenge turrets for flexible oil line routing

Professional installation required. Failure to install this product correctly will cause damage to your engine and void warranty.
AT Power’s Vauxhall/Opel Belt-Driven Dry Sump System
AT Power’s precision-engineered belt-driven dry sump system is designed to eliminate oil starvation (surge) caused by extreme G-forces in race conditions. Crafted from lightweight billet aluminium, this high-performance system reduces engine oil temperatures while unlocking more of your race engine’s potential horsepower.
Compatible Engines:
- Designed for race engines – Not compatible with standard OEM conrods
- Opel Astra GSi with X20XE/C20XE, Opel Calibra
- Choice of intake or exhaust engine-mounted oil pump
These Vauxhall Dry Sump Kits are designed for use with “Race Conrods Only” and are NOT suitable for use on Engines fitted with the standard OEM Conrods.
High-Efficiency 3-Stage Oil Pump
Our advanced 3-stage oil pump features dual-ported positive displacement G-rotors, ensuring optimal oil flow and pressure. It simultaneously:
- Supplies pressurised oil directly into the engine’s lubrication system.
- Scavenges aerated oil from the sump pan, returning it to a remote oil tank for increased oil capacity.
- By drawing oil directly from the low-profile oil pan, this system reduces crankcase pressure, minimising oil drag on the crankshaft and lowering piston resistance – resulting in improved horsepower and overall engine efficiency.
Precision Machined for Maximum Performance
AT Power’s CNC-machined billet aluminium oil pump delivers outstanding oil displacement:
- 14.3 L/min @ 1000 RPM (Pressure Stage)
- 2 x 14.3 L/min @ 1000 RPM (Scavenge Stages)
- Suitable for engine speeds up to 9500 RPM
- Externally adjustable pressure relief valve (PRV) for easy tuning
Pump displacement values are for guidance only, as external factors may affect performance.
Complete Kit Includes:
- Choice of Intake or Exhaust mounted pump setup
- 3-Stage high-efficency oil pump with pulley
- Oil-in assembly adapter kits
- Pre-machined crankshaft pulley
- Your choice of ¾” or 1″ ‘L’-section drive belts
- Anodised colour options to match your setup
- Low-profile billet aluminium oil pan with multi-directional scavenge turrets for flexible oil line routing
Complete Your Build:
Timing belt tensioning and installation requires a pencil-style tension gauge.
We also offer dry sump oil tanks, oil pump fittings, and other essential accessories for a seamless installation.
