Engineered for maximum performance, AT Power’s lightweight billet aluminium dry sump system, prevents oil starvation, reduces temperatures, and increases horsepower – ideal for race cars, kit cars, and mid-engine setups.

The low-profile sump pan is perfect for vehicles with low ground clearance as well as mid mounted engines.

  • x11 – M8 x 25 Bolt and Washers
  • x4 – M6 x 70 Long Bolts and M6 Safety Washers
  • x3 – M8 x 25 Counter Sink Screws (to mount plate to engine)
  • Oil Pump, Pulley and Bracket
  • Crank Pulley & ‘L’ Section Belt
  • JIC 12 Braided Hose
  • Oil Filter Fitting 3/4″ UNF

Ford 1.6L EcoBoost Belt-Driven Dry Sump System

Precision-engineered for high-performance racing. AT Power’s lightweight billet aluminium dry sump system is designed to prevent oil starvation, reduce temperatures, and unlock more horsepower-ideal for race cars, kit cars, and mid-engine setups. The high-efficiency 2 stage oil pump removes the aeriated oil from the Sump Pan and returning it back to a remote oil tank, increasing the engines oil supply capacity unlocking additional horsepower potential.

  • Proven Race-Ready Design: Tested to prevent oil surge under high G-forces.
  • Low-Profile Sump Pan: Perfect for vehicles with low ground clearance, including Raptor, Westfield, and Caterham models as well as mid mounted engines.
  • Extended Long Nose 2 Stage Oil Pump: 2x 11.9 L/min scavenge stages @ 1000 RPM, suitable for up to 9000 RPM.
  • Optimised Crankcase Pressure: Reduces oil drag for increased efficiency and power.
  • OEM Compatibility: Retains Ford’s variable displacement oil pressure pump.
  • Easy Installation: Mounting plate attaches on the existing air-con location, driven by the supplied crankshaft pulley and HTD belt.
  • Personalise Power: Anodised colour options to match your setup

Pump displacement values are for guidance only, as external factors may affect performance.

To complete your build, we recommend:

  • Easy Clean Oil Tank: Minimum 5.0L
  • Adaptors: JIC-12 Fittings
  • A Pencil-Style Tension Gauge for Timing belt tensioning.
  • Oil Cooler: 18-row air-type or Laminova-style (not supplied by us)
